This funding, awarded as a grant (not a loan), will enable the school to undertake critical remedial works addressing urgent health and safety concerns within their estate.

The UCS programme exists to support schools and academies facing immediate and significant capital issues that risk closure or prevent safe operation. In this case, our client required urgent infrastructure improvements to prevent the school closure. We worked closely with the trust to develop and submit a comprehensive, evidence-based bid aligned with Dfe requirements.
